Subgraphs – How many is too many? Let’s set some healthy boundaries

Federated Graphs are composed of subgraphs, which we typically define along domain boundaries. Yet one person’s domain is another’s sub-domain, so who’s to decide where the lines should be drawn? If we use Conway’s Law and divide along teams, what happens when re-orgs redefine team boundaries? What are the practical best practices and clear anti-patterns to avoid?
